Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with a strong client-facing background to lead SAP implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing enterprise clients, leading cross-functional technical teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead SAP implementation, migration, integration, and enhancement projects.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with SAP technical, functional, infrastructure, and integration teams.

- Drive client meetings, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive status updates.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Resolve project escalations and proactively mitigate risks.

- Maintain project governance, quality standards, and documentation.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong technical project management expertise.

- Hands-on understanding of SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, ABAP, Fiori, BTP, PI/PO/CPI, APIs, IDocs, and integrations.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects.

- Strong experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior business stakeholders.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience managing global delivery teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred:

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
