Job Description :

We are looking for SAP Technical Developers with a strong Clean Core mindset, high autonomy, and a solid documentation culture, combined with foundational to advanced skills in Artificial Intelligence and data modeling.

The role is designed for developers who can :

- Build SAP extensions and integrations without breaking the Clean Core

- Leverage AI / data models where relevant (predictive, classification, automation support)

- Work in a governed landscape using SAP Cloud ALM

- Communicate in English in a professional daily context

Core Principles (Mandatory) :

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Technical Delivery :

- Develop SAP solutions aligned with Clean Core principles

- Design and implement :

1. ABAP / ABAP Objects

2. CDS Views (analytical & transactional)

3. OData / REST APIs

- Build side by side extensions where appropriate

- Develop and maintain SAC dashboards & KPIs

SAP Cloud ALM & Governance :

- Use SAP Cloud ALM for :

1. Requirements management

2. Change and feature tracking

- Ensure traceability between :

1. Business requirement

2. Technical implementation

3. Documentation

- Actively contribute to Clean Core compliance

AI / Data / Intelligent Extensions :

- Contribute to AI driven use cases, such as :

1. Predictive indicators

2. Anomaly detection

3. Recommendation or scoring models

4. automation support

- Participate in :

1. Data preparation and modeling

2. Integration of AI models into SAP processes

- Interface SAP data with AI components via APIs or BTP services

Documentation & Autonomy :

- Produce high quality technical documentation :

1. Clean Core justification

2. AI model usage and limitations

- Work autonomously end to end on assigned topics

- Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities

Required Technical Skills :

SAP Core :

- Strong ABAP / ABAP OO

- SAP S/4HANA development

- CDS Views

- OData services

- SAP debugging & performance analysis

Clean Core & Architecture :

- Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles

- Ability to articulate :

1. What remains standard

2. Where extensions are allowed

3. Which patterns must be avoided

- Experience working under strong governance

SAP Cloud ALM :

- Practical experience or strong exposure

- Comfortable working with :

1. Requirements

2. Features

3. Documentation traceability

AI / Data / Modeling (Mandatory foundation) :

- Understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts

- Experience or exposure to :

1. Data modeling

2. Model development (predictive / classification / scoring)

- Knowledge of tools and languages such as :

1. Python

2. SQL / data manipulation

- Ability to integrate AI models via APIs

- Advanced AI expertise is a strong plus

- Hands on experience > theory

Integration & APIs :

- REST / JSON

- SAP APIs

- CPI / BTP integration knowledge is a plus

Analytics :

- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / Datasphere

- KPI driven reporting mindset

- CDS / HANA based data sources

Profile Requirements :

- 5+ years of SAP technical experience

- Strong autonomy and ownership

- Very strong documentation culture

- Comfortable in governed environments

- Exposure to AI / data topics

- Good professional English communication skills is must.
