Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Technical Architect to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives through advanced SAP BTP and RAP development. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between complex business requirements and scalable cloud-native solutions, working closely with cross-functional project teams, global stakeholders, and client leadership.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust applications that modernize legacy systems, directly impacting operational efficiency and driving innovation for our enterprise-level clients. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and high-performance delivery across the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop end-to-end applications using the SAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) to ensure high-performance, maintainable code for enterprise clients.

- Lead the end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and blueprinting to final deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Design and deploy cloud-native extensions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to enhance existing SAP S/4HANA functionalities and improve user experience.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business process owners to translate complex functional requirements into efficient technical specifications and scalable data models.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, security, and performance across all technical deliverables.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building OData services, CDS views, and business objects within the RAP framework to deliver modern, responsive SAP applications.

- Proven ability to leverage SAP BTP services, including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and HANA Cloud, to solve intricate business integration challenges.

- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the management level.

- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude, with a track record of managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 6 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP technical development.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-site team structure across Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune, maintaining high levels of productivity and professional excellence.
