Role Overview :

As a SYNITI ADMM Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing data migration solutions using the Syniti Advanced Data Migration Management (ADMM) platform. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and other developers to understand data migration requirements and translate them into effective and efficient ADMM workflows. Your work will directly impact the success of large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery, ultimately enabling our clients to achieve their business objectives through seamless data integration and transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop data migration solutions using Syniti ADMM to meet client requirements and ensure data quality.

- Configure and customize Syniti ADMM workflows to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

- Collaborate with business analysts and data owners to gather and validate data migration requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and develop remediation strategies, improving data accuracy and reliability.

- Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration solutions, ensuring data integrity and minimizing errors.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Syniti ADMM implementations, resolving issues and ensuring smooth data migration processes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for Syniti ADMM solutions, facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring maintainability.

- Participate in project planning and estimation activities, contributing to realistic timelines and resource allocation.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Syniti ADMM workflows.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a distributed team environment across multiple locations in India.
