Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Lead Consultant with 1015 years of overall SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience, including 57+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off.

The consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end Time Off implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, integrations, and production support engagements.

The role requires strong functional expertise in leave and absence management, Time Off configuration, business rules, accruals, workflows, permissions, and Employee Central integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Off implementation and rollout projects.

- Drive requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Time Off components, including Time Profiles, Time Types, Time Account Types, Accrual Rules, and Holiday Calendars.

- Design and configure complex SuccessFactors Business Rules for Time Off and leave request workflows.

- Support integrations with SAP Employee Central, SAP Payroll, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and third-party time and attendance applications.

- Lead customer workshops, solution design sessions, and manage functional deliverables.

- Troubleshoot complex Time Off production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Ensure solutions are scalable across multiple countries and align with statutory leave requirements.

Required Experience :

- 1015 years of overall SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.

- Minimum 57 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Off experience.

- Proven experience leading functional delivery and working directly with business stakeholders.

Tech Stack & Skills :

- SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, Employee Central, Time Profiles, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), SAP CPI, Integration Center, OData APIs, Payroll Integration, SIT/UAT, and Production Support.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly preferred.
