SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) Reporting/People Analytics, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP). The candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, implementation strategy, integrations, governance, and optimization initiatives across the SuccessFactors landscape.

Candidate should have fair knowledge in Compensation, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession Planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Design scalable and integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business and HR transformation goals.

- Lead architecture discussions for global HR processes covering Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Security.

- Define system landscape, configuration standards, integration approach, and governance framework.

- Ensure best practices are followed across modules and releases.

Employee Central (EC) :

- Lead solution design and implementation of Employee Central.

- Configure and optimize :

2. MDF Objects

3. Business Rules

4. Workflows

5. Event Reason Derivation

6. Position Management

7. Data Models

8. EC Security

- Support integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party applications.

- Drive global template standardization and localization requirements.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Design enterprise reporting strategy using :

1. Story Reports

2. Canvas/Advanced Reporting

3. Tiles & Dashboards

4. People Analytics

- Ensure data accuracy, security, and report optimization.

- Support audit, compliance, and executive reporting requirements.

Role-Based Permissions (RBP) & Security :

- Design and govern enterprise-wide RBP strategy.

- Implement secure permission models aligned with organizational hierarchy and segregation of duties.

- Troubleshoot permission-related issues and optimize role design.

- Support audit and compliance requirements for HR data security.
