Role : Senior Associate SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst (79 Years)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst with expertise in reporting & analytics, story reporting, role-based permissions (RBP), and workforce software (WFS) integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and design reporting solutions.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Story Reporting.

- Configure and manage RBP to ensure secure data access.

- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of reporting solutions.

- Analyze data quality and generate reports for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to resolve data issues.

- Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics.

- Hands-on expertise in Story Reporting and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

- Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors data model and HR processes.

- Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) integrations and support.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and custom Crystal Reports development.

- Experience with payroll interfaces, imports/exports, and batch processing support.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics

- WFS Integrations and Reporting

- WFS Time & Configuration (Level 1 & 2)

- Job Scheduling Configuration

- Nice to Have : API integration and app development experience.
