Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RBP Configuration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Role-Based Permissions and SuccessFactors security architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in SAP SuccessFactors

- Manage security roles for employees, managers, HR users, and administrators

- Implement and support permission frameworks across SF modules

- Perform RBP troubleshooting and resolve authorization-related issues

- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure secure and compliant solutions

- Support audits, user access reviews, and role optimization

- Document security designs and best practices

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors RBP

- Good understanding of SF security model and permission framework

- Experience in user provisioning, role assignment, and access controls

- Hands-on experience supporting multiple SF modules

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in SF implementations and support projects

- Exposure to SF integrations and identity management

- SF certification is a plus
