SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

About the Role :

We are looking for an agile SAP SuccessFactors Payroll professional to join our talent pipeline for a Tier-1 global IT consulting firm.

This role spans across junior configurations up to mid-senior oversight, focusing heavily on Cloud payroll execution and performance health monitoring.

Total Experience : 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, maintain, and support SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.

- Manage end-to-end payroll cycle execution using the Payroll Control Center (PCC) Dashboard.

- Create, track, and resolve process alerts and validation errors inside the PCC dashboard.

- Handle payroll data replication, schemas, and processing rules seamlessly.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to map business requirements into technical setups.
