Short Notice Joiner - Travel Must

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Tracking, and Business Integration Builder (BIB), and will lead functional teams across global implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors HXM.

- Manage solution design workshops, requirement gathering, and business process mapping.

- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants and junior team members.

- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and project leadership.

Employee Central (EC) :

- Configure and support EC Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, Position Management, and Employee Data Models.

- Design organizational structures, employee lifecycle processes, and security roles.

- Support data migration and validation activities.

Employee Central Payroll (ECP) :

- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.

- Support payroll replication between EC and ECP.

- Handle payroll control center activities and payroll troubleshooting.

- Work closely with payroll operations teams during payroll cycles.

Time Tracking & Time Management :

- Configure SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Sheet functionalities.

- Design work schedules, holiday calendars, overtime rules, and attendance processes.

- Support integrations with payroll and third-party time systems.

- Ensure compliance with country-specific labor and time regulations.

Business Integration Builder (BIB) :

- Configure and support BIB integration scenarios.

- Manage integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA systems.

- Troubleshoot data replication and synchronization issues.

- Coordinate with middleware teams using SAP CPI/Integration Suite.

Project Delivery :

- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.

- Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and go-live activities.

- Manage risks, issues, and change requests.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Hands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

- Experience implementing SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Management.

- Strong knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB).

- Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

- Understanding of HR business processes and payroll operations.

- Experience in global implementations and support projects.

- Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, MDF, and workflows.
