Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to implement, configure, and support the Learning Management System (LMS) module. The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end LMS solutions, enhancing learning experiences, and ensuring seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) module.

- Configure :

1. Learning items, curricula, and programs.

2. User roles and permissions.

3. Learning assignments and certifications.

- Manage learning needs analysis and training workflows.

- Handle content management and online course deployment (SCORM/AICC).

- Ensure integration with:

1. Employee Central (EC).

2. Performance & Goals.

3. Other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

- Monitor learning compliance, certifications, and reporting.

- Customize reports, dashboards, and analytics.

- Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements.

- Provide end-user support and training.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design LMS solutions.
