SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant / Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant/Lead with strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), SuccessFactors integrations, Groovy scripting, and SAP HANA integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise applications.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite while ensuring seamless data exchange across cloud and on-premise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and various enterprise applications.

- Develop and maintain integration flows using SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP CPI).

- Build integrations using SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration frameworks.

- Work extensively with SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, and Learning.

- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, JDBC, IDoc, and other standard protocols.

- Develop complex data transformations using Groovy Scripts, XSLT, Message Mapping, and graphical mapping tools.

- Integrate SuccessFactors data with SAP HANA/HANA Cloud and other downstream systems for reporting and analytics.

- Implement authentication, security, monitoring, exception handling, alerting, and logging mechanisms within integration landscapes.

- Perform data validation, transformation, enrichment, routing, and business rule implementation.

- Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, production support, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholder
