Role Overview :

As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust integration solutions that seamlessly connect SuccessFactors with various enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design comprehensive integration solutions for SuccessFactors, leveraging SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP BTP capabilities, to ensure seamless data exchange and process orchestration for global clients.

- Develop and implement complex integrations utilizing a variety of protocols including RESTful, SOAP, OData, JDBC, and SFTP, connecting SuccessFactors with both SAP and non-SAP systems to meet specific business needs.

- Utilize advanced scripting languages such as Groovy/Grails and data transformation techniques like XSLT to customize integration flows, map intricate data structures, and ensure data integrity across integrated platforms.

- Provide expert consultation on SAP BTP services and best practices, guiding clients in adopting cloud-native integration strategies to optimize their HR technology landscape and future-proof their investments.

- Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to translate detailed business requirements into precise technical specifications and integration designs.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex integration issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to maintain system stability and minimize business disruption.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration standards, methodologies, and documentation, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency within the integration practice.

- Engage with SAP HANA for scenarios involving data warehousing, analytics, or reporting integrations, ensuring efficient data extraction and consumption for business intelligence.

- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge, elevating the overall technical capability and expertise of the integration team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and managing end-to-end integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors, showcasing a deep understanding of HR business processes and data models.

- Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite (formerly CPI) and a strong grasp of SAP BTP services, with hands-on experience in building and managing integration flows.

- Exceptional command over various integration protocols including RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, OData, JDBC, and SFTP, enabling versatile connectivity across diverse system landscapes.

- Advanced scripting capabilities in Groovy/Grails and extensive experience with XSLT for complex data transformations and custom logic implementation within integration scenarios.
