Location : Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Noida / Gurgaon

Experience : 5 - 12 Years

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

- Multi-Country Payroll Support (APAC, EMEA, Americas)

- Payroll Schemas, PCRs & Wage Types

- Payroll Control Center (PCC)

- Employee Central (EC) Integration

- SAP CPI/BTP Integrations

- Payroll Compliance & Statutory Reporting

- Incident, Problem & Change Management

- L2/L3 Production Support

Responsibilities :

- Support and maintain global payroll operations across multiple countries

- Resolve payroll issues and ensure timely payroll processing

- Manage payroll configurations, statutory updates, and compliance requirements

- Support integrations between Employee Central, Time Management, Finance, and third-party systems

- Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders

Preferred :

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification

- Experience in Global Payroll Implementations & Support

- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management
