Role Overview :

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead, you will serve as the primary architect and functional authority for our global HR transformation initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the EC module, ensuring that our human capital management processes are scalable, compliant, and user-centric.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, global IT teams, and business process owners, you will translate complex organizational requirements into robust system solutions. Your work will directly influence the digital employee experience, streamlining core HR operations and providing leadership with the data-driven insights necessary to drive strategic business outcomes across our Bangalore and Hyderabad hubs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to ensure seamless integration with existing HR ecosystems and business workflows.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring the system architecture aligns with global HR policies and local statutory requirements.

- Manage the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of EC modules, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Time Off, to maintain high system performance and data integrity.

- Oversee the execution of data migration and cutover activities, coordinating with technical teams to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition for end-users.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide expert-level guidance on complex system issues, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the SAP practice.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a proven track record of managing complex configurations and cross-module integrations.

- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate ambiguous business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across various levels of the organization.

- Possess a minimum of 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with a strong understanding of global HR best practices.

- Maintain a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid environment that requires proactive engagement with distributed teams in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology, complemented by active SuccessFactors certifications.
