Key Responsibilities :

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into scalable Employee Central solutions.

- Configure Employee Central modules based on business requirements.

- Configure and maintain :

1. Foundation Objects

2. Generic Objects (MDF)

3. Position Management

4. Job Information

5. Employment Information

6. Business Rules

7. Workflows

8. Event Reason Derivations

9. Data Models

10. Background Elements

11. Global Assignments

12. Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

13. Time Off

14. Employee Files

15. Picklists

16. Legal Entity structures

- Perform system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot Employee Central configuration issues and recommend best practices.

- Support production deployments and hyper-care activities.

SAP HCM Business Integration Builder (BIB) :

- Configure and manage SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB).

- Design and support bidirectional data replication between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.

- Configure Employee and Organizational Data replication.

- Create field mapping documents and transformation logic.

- Configure replication of :

1. Employee Master Data

2. Organizational Assignments

3. Cost Centers

4. Positions

5. Organizational Units

6. Foundation Objects

- Monitor replication jobs and resolve integration failures.

- Perform troubleshooting of replication errors.

- Support data migration and synchronization activities.

- Work closely with SAP HCM Functional Consultants for successful integration.

- Configure and support :
