Job Summary :

We are looking for certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultants with implementation and support experience.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Configure Business Rules and Workflows.

- Review technical documentation.

- Support HR business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders.

- Participate in UAT and deployments.

Requirements :

- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification (Mandatory)

- Minimum 1 EC Implementation

- Minimum 1 EC Support Project

- Strong EC Functional Knowledge

- Business Rules

- Workflows

- Good understanding of other SF modules

- Time Management knowledge preferred

- Excellent communication skills
