- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) solutions based on business requirements and solution design.

- Collaborate with the Payroll Lead to deliver end-to-end payroll implementation projects.

- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll calculations, and statutory requirements.

- Support all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Execute and support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Parallel Payroll Testing.

- Validate payroll calculations and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational payroll policies.

- Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolution during implementation and production support.

- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless payroll integration with Employee Central and other SAP modules.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user guides.

- Support payroll data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

- Ensure payroll processes comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

- Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to project teams and business users.

Required Skills :

- 13+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll).

- Extensive hands-on experience configuring SAP Payroll solutions.
