The successful candidate will have 15+ years of leadership experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on sales, pre-sales, practice management, team management, and leadership management in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team

- Develop and implement sales and pre-sales strategies

- Manage practice and team management activities

- Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to clients

Required Skills :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation lifecycles, with a deep understanding of both functional and technical modules.

- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, from initial lead qualification and solution design to contract negotiation and final closure.

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex organizational hierarchies.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to non-technical business stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in practice management, including P&L oversight, team building, and strategic resource planning within a consulting environment.

- A minimum of 14 to 21 years of professional experience in the SAP ecosystem, with a track record of scaling delivery teams and driving business growth.
