SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - RCM Module

Description :

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0.

- Configure recruiting workflows, job requisitions, candidate profiles, and offer management.

- Design and configure onboarding processes, tasks, and forms.

- Integrate Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee Central.

- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand talent acquisition requirements.

- Support data migration, testing, and user training.

- Provide production support and system enhancements.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

- Hands-on experience in Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0

- Knowledge of Recruiting Posting and Career Sites

- Experience with EC integration is a plus

- Understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
