Required Skills :

- 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM).

- Experience with Career Site Builder (CSB).

- Expertise in configuring:

1. Job Requisitions

2. Candidate Profiles

3. Offer Management

4. Recruiting Groups

5. Recruiting Permissions

6. Interview Scheduling

7. Email Templates

8. Business Rules

9. Recruiting Workflows

- Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

- Strong knowledge of Recruitment lifecycle and Talent Acquisition processes.

- Experience integrating RCM with Employee Central (EC), Onboarding, and other SuccessFactors modules.

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Provisioning activities (preferred).

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and APIs is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of IAS/IPS and Single Sign-On (SSO) is preferred.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
