- SuccessFactors Integrations (SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite)

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.

- Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Work in Agile project environments.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience in one or more modules listed above.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, support, or enhancement projects.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in any relevant module.

- Experience with integrations, Employee Central, or Payroll is an added advantage.

- Exposure to SAP BTP/CPI, APIs, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus.
