- Exceptional self-management skills required to thrive in a remote work environment, maintaining high productivity and proactive communication across distributed time zones.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact HR technology transformations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting client priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term system stability and user experience.
