We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in compensation planning cycles, system configuration, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules. Experience using AI-powered productivity tools for documentation, testing, and analysis is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including Merit, Bonus, Variable Pay, Budgets, Guidelines, and Compensation Statements.

- Participate in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Integrate Compensation with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.

- Utilize AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and analysis.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

- Strong understanding of compensation planning, templates, budgets, and eligibility rules.

- Experience with Employee Central integration.

- Familiarity with AI copilots or AI-assisted productivity tools.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred :

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay Certification.

- Exposure to SAP CPI/Boomi integrations and global compensation processes.
