SAP Solution Architect - BRIM/RAR Module

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP BRIM RAR integration with upstream and downstream systems, including Contract Accounting (FI-CA) and Order Management.

- Oversee and execute Open Contracts Migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA RAR, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

- Configure and manage Parallel Ledger Processing, including both leading and non-leading ledgers.

- Design and implement BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus) based revenue recognition rules, derivations, and determinations.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Order Management, and Billing to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

- Provide solution architecture guidance for :

1. RAR data model design

2. System performance optimization

3. Reconciliation processes and controls

- Drive cutover planning and execution, including data validation and transition strategies.

- Define and support testing strategies, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Lead and support go-live and hypercare activities, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards across all implementations.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level functional consultants, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

- Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices across the program lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BRIM and S/4HANA RAR.

- Proven expertise in RAR integration with FI-CA, SD/Order Management, and Billing systems.

- Deep understanding of Revenue Recognition principles (IFRS 15 / ASC 606).

- Experience with BRF+ configuration for revenue accounting logic.

- Solid knowledge of Parallel Ledger Accounting and financial postings.

- Demonstrated experience in data migration, especially Open Contracts Migration.

- Strong understanding of RAR data structures and reconciliation frameworks.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, including SIT, UAT, and go-live.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or BRIM/RAR.

- Experience in large-scale transformation or migration projects.

- Exposure to Agile and hybrid project methodologies.

- Prior experience in mentoring or leading functional teams.
