Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Signavio Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Insights, and Process Intelligence.

Key Skills Required:

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio experience

- Strong expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Insights, and Collaboration Hub

- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and DMN

- Hands-on experience with SIGNAL and SQL

- Strong ETL/ELT and data engineering experience (data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and event-log creation)

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration

- REST/SOAP API and JDBC/ODBC integrations

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA / ECC

- Process mining and conformance checking experience

- Experience in O2C, P2P, or R2R processes preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Insights, and Process Intelligence.

- Build and maintain process-mining data pipelines.

- Perform source-data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.

- Create event logs with Case ID, Activity, and Timestamp.

- Develop complex SIGNAL and SQL queries.

- Create process KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports.

- Configure integrations between Signavio and SAP/non-SAP applications.

- Utilize SAP BTP for integration and data orchestration.

- Perform process discovery, conformance checking, root-cause analysis, and process optimization.

- Conduct As-Is/To-Be process modeling using BPMN.

- Work with business stakeholders and process owners to identify improvement opportunities.

- Support SAP transformation and ECC-to-S/4HANA initiatives.

Preferred:

- SAP Signavio certification

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

- Experience with O2C / P2P / R2R

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working with global teams
