Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Signavio Process Manager to lead and support business process transformation initiatives using the SAP Signavio suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process modeling, analysis, and optimization, and will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and digital transformation across the organization.

- Lead the implementation and adoption of SAP Signavio Process Manager across business units for our clients

- Perform foundational configurations and setup for SAP Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub and Process Governance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to model, analyze, and optimize business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.

- Facilitate process discovery workshops and document current and future state processes.

- Collaborate with business process domain experts and functional analyst to help design target business processes

- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

- Integrate Signavio with other SAP and non-SAP systems for end-to-end process visibility.

- Develop and maintain a centralized process repository and ensure governance and compliance.

- Provide training and support to business users on Signavio tools and methodologies.

- Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to align process improvements with strategic goals.

- Monitor KPIs and process performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business process management, preferably with SAP Signavio.

- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

- Experience with SAP ERP systems and integration with Signavio.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

- Working knowledge of SAP CALM, SAP LeanIX, Enable now and Walkme will be desired

- Have good business process knowledge on at least one end to end process like PTP, OTC etc. and high level overview on other processes
