Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Mining & Analysis:

- Lead process discovery, conformance checking, and operational bottleneck analysis using SAP Signavio Process Mining.

- Analyze complex enterprise workflows, extract actionable operational insights, and deliver data-driven process improvements.

- Translate business performance gaps into technical transformation roadmaps and KPI monitoring frameworks.

2. Process Modeling & Architecture:

- Design, standardize, and maintain end-to-end business process models using standard BPMN 2.0 methodologies within SAP Signavio Process Manager.

- Establish process governance standards, best practices, and documentation structures for enterprise-wide usage.

- Work closely with business process owners and functional heads to document target state ("To-Be") architectures.

3. Implementation & System Integration:

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP Signavio implementation lifecycles, including environment setup, data ingestion, and user onboarding.

- Interface process mining pipelines with enterprise source systems (such as SAP S/4HANA or third-party ERPs).

- Utilize SAP BTP and SAP Datasphere to optimize data connectivity, modeling, and analytics flow.

- Leverage Python for custom data extraction, transformation, or advanced statistical modeling where required.

Requirements:

- Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in Process Mining, Process Modeling, and Business Process Management (BPM).

- Signavio Expertise: 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence/Mining, Governance).

- Implementation: Must have completed at least 1 full lifecycle SAP Signavio implementation project.

- Process Mining Skills: 5+ years of core expertise in process modeling methodologies (BPMN 2.0), root-cause analysis, and workflow optimization.

- Technical Plus Points: Practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Datasphere, and Python scripting for data processing.

- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to bridge technical and business domains, and excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.
