- Administer, create, and maintain SAP Security Roles across enterprise applications.

- Participate in and follow documented Change Management processes.

- Conduct peer reviews of SAP Security role changes to ensure quality and compliance.

- Analyze security events and access patterns using Information Security tools.

- Apply IT security policies and standards to ensure compliance with organizational security guidelines.

- Configure and maintain SAP security system parameters and authorization objects.

- Resolve low to moderate complexity security and access-related issues.

- Support SAP security administration activities and user access management.

- Participate in projects related to SAP Security processes, tools, and enhancements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation.

- Perform risk-based decision-making for requests outside standard processes.

- Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) and SOX compliance reviews and initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, and technical teams to ensure secure access management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in SAP Security Administration.

- Hands-on experience in SAP Role Creation, Maintenance, and User Authorization.

- Knowledge of SAP Security concepts, authorization objects, and access management.

- Experience with Change Management processes.

- Understanding of Information Security principles and IT security policies.

- Experience supporting SoD and SOX compliance activities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of ABAP or any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language.

- Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control.

- Familiarity with SAP authorization troubleshooting and audit support.
