Role & Responsibilities:

The SAP SD Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

The role involves leading solution architecture, driving Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformations, integrating SAP with enterprise applications, and ensuring scalable, Clean Core-compliant implementations aligned with business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Solution Architecture:

- Design and architect end-to-end SAP SD solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives.

- Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation initiatives across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

- Define scalable, secure, and Clean Core-compliant SAP solutions using SAP best practices.

- Prepare solution blueprints, architecture documentation, and technical roadmaps.

SAP SD Functional Expertise:

- Configure and optimize SAP SD processes including sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping, deliveries, and output management.

- Drive business process improvements and solution enhancements across the O2C lifecycle.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules such as MM, FI, WM, and PP.

Integration & Technical Collaboration:

- Design and support integrations using IDoc, OData, REST APIs, SAP CPI, and other middleware technologies.

- Collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW development, BAdIs, User Exits, and custom enhancements.

- Ensure technical solutions align with SAP architecture standards and Clean Core principles.

- Support API strategy, interface design, and system interoperability.

SAP S/4HANA Transformation:

- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade initiatives.

- Drive adoption of SAP Fiori applications, CDS Views, and SAP BTP services.

- Recommend modernization strategies aligned with SAP's digital transformation roadmap.

- Ensure high-quality delivery across implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams.

- Conduct architecture reviews, solution validations, and design workshops.

- Mentor SAP consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Engage with business leaders and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD, with significant experience as a Solution Architect.

- Strong expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Pricing, Output Management, and SAP SD configuration.

- Experience with RICEFW, ABAP Enhancements, BAdIs, and User Exits.

- Expertise in integration technologies including IDoc, OData, REST APIs, and SAP CPI.

- Experience with SAP Fiori, CDS Views, SAP BTP, and Clean Core Architecture.

- Excellent communication, consulting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- SAP Certified Application Associate Sales (SAP SD) or SAP S/4HANA certifications.

- Experience with SAP PI/PO, Event Mesh, or Integration Suite.

- Knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP TM, GTS, or CRM integrations.

- Experience leading global SAP rollout and digital transformation programs.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and SAP Activate.

- Exposure to AI-enabled SAP solutions, automation, or analytics on SAP BTP
