We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC-DSD consultant with strong hands-on experience in SD module support and S/4HANA environments. The consultant will handle end-to-end OTC-DSD processes, including order-to-cash, presales, and vansales scenarios, while ensuring adherence to SLAs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide support and enhancements in SAP SD module within S/4HANA.

- Handle DSD (Direct Store Delivery) processes and settlements, including LMD/DSD presales and vansales scenarios.

- Manage incident, change, and problem management in line with SLAs.

- Collaborate with business users and functional teams to analyze and optimize OTC business processes.

- Support business processes such as Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Consignment, Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Rebates, Credit Management, Billing Plans, and Shipment.

- Conduct functional business analysis and support system configurations.

Mandatory Skills / Hands-on Experience :

- 6+ years of SD module hands-on support experience, including S/4HANA functionalities.

- Strong experience with LMD/DSD processes and settlements.

- Knowledge of Business Partner, Advanced ATP (AATP), Condition Contract & Settlement Management (CCM), BRF+ Output Management.

- Expertise in SAP SD order management, pricing, delivery, shipment, billing, outputs/BRF+ controls, and credit management.

- Understanding of Contract & Sales Order Processing, Delivery Execution, Invoicing, Pricing Procedures, and Taxes.

- Experience with various sales business processes : Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Cash Sales, Rush Orders, Individual Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders.

Additional Skills / Nice-to-Have :

- Strong functional business analysis skills and knowledge of SD development methodologies.

- Flexibility to work in 2nd shift (2 PM - 11 PM IST) as required.
