About the Role :

We are expanding our functional delivery team and looking for SAP SD Consultants who understand core order-to-cash business flows. Candidates will be mapped to either baseline operations support or mid-level module configuration tasks based on their specific experience bracket.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, configure, and maintain core SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) components.

2. Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including customer master data, sales orders, shipping, and billing.

3. Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, credit management, and invoicing routines.

4. Map standard sales functionalities onto business-specific customized templates.

5. Provide functional troubleshooting support, resolving high-priority system config tickets for business users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end SAP SD configuration, including sales document types, pricing procedures, shipping, and billing processes.

- Proven ability to navigate Oracle O2C environments, leveraging your technical background to manage complex data flows and system integrations.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.

- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to thrive in collaborative, multi-cultural team environments across various locations in India.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setup, maintaining high standards of delivery and self-management.

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering successful ERP implementations.
