Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior SD Lead with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions and rollouts, including S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role requires strong functional knowledge, business process understanding, leadership capability, and the ability to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and actively participate in the complete lifecycle of SAP Sales and Distribution implementation projects, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.

- Configure and customize SAP SD in O2C to meet specific business needs and requirements.

- Drive and support full lifecycle SAP SD implementations in S/4HANA and S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Handle S/4HANA implementation, conversion and rollout activities across Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Lead business process discussions and provide functional solutions across key SD scenarios.

- Provide strong expertise in SD business processes including Consignment, Third Party, STO, Intercompany, Scrap Sales and Service.

- Handle localization topics relevant to SAP SD implementations.

- Work on Foreign Trade, International Trade and SAP GTS related requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on integration points with other SAP modules.

- Support testing, issue resolution, deployment and post-go-live activities.

- Manage stakeholder communication and independently drive functional discussions and solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of relevant SAP SD experience.

- Experience with SAP localization topics.

- Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP SD implementations in S/4HANA and S/4HANA Public Cloud.

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation, conversion and rollout projects in Sales and Distribution (SD).

- Strong understanding of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Good understanding of SD business processes including Consignment, Third Party, STO, Intercompany, Scrap Sales and Service.

- Experience with Foreign Trade, International Trade and SAP GTS.

- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules.

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant SAP functional certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales.

- Experience leading SAP SD implementation, conversion or rollout programs.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
