Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Lead to spearhead complex sales and distribution transformations for our global enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating intricate commercial requirements into scalable SAP solutions. You will navigate the full project lifecyclefrom initial blueprinting and process design to global rollouts and hyper-care supportensuring that our supply chain and revenue management systems drive operational efficiency. By mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with cross-functional leads in FI, MM, and PP, you will ensure seamless integration and deliver high-impact outcomes that directly enhance customer experience and bottom-line profitability across our Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune offices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end SAP SD solutions that align with complex business models to ensure streamlined order-to-cash processes for global clients.

- Lead large-scale implementation and migration projects by managing project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder expectations to guarantee successful delivery.

- Configure and customize SAP SD modules, including pricing procedures, availability checks, and billing processes, to optimize business performance and data accuracy.

- Resolve critical production issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing robust fixes that minimize downtime for end-users.

- Facilitate workshops with business process owners to gather requirements and document functional specifications that serve as the blueprint for technical development.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in existing SAP landscapes and proposing innovative enhancements that leverage the latest S/4HANA capabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP SD solutions, with a deep understanding of integration points with SAP FI, MM, and PP modules.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of navigating ambiguous business requirements and transforming them into structured, scalable system designs.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a strong academic foundation.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the professional maturity to manage distributed teams across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune effectively.

- Extensive experience managing full-cycle SAP implementations, specifically for candidates with 10 - 15 years of professional tenure in the SAP ecosystem.
