Key Responsibilities :

Configure, implement, and support SAP SD processes across : Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, and Customer Master.

Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations using SAP CPI, IDocs, OData APIs, REST/SOAP services, and EDI.

Collaborate with SAP Commerce Cloud teams on customer, product, pricing, inventory, and order integrations.

Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and interfaces.

Support SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, cutover activities, and production support.

Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues across SAP S/4HANA, CPI, and connected applications.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on SAP SD Functional experience.

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI and IDoc integrations.

- Knowledge of IDocs such as DEBMAS, MATMAS, ORDERS, INVOIC, and related interfaces.

- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud integrations.

- Strong understanding of OData-based APIs.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Knowledge of Business Partner and Master Data concepts.

- Strong understanding of integration architecture.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- SAP SD Certification.

- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud.

- Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP.

- Experience with API integrations.

- Experience in global, multi-market SAP implementations.

- Experience working in Pharma, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
