Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and exposure to related modules such as LE, WM, FSM, VC, TM, and CS. The ideal candidate will have experience across the full SAP implementation lifecycle, application support, and integration projects.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, conduct testing, support deployments, and provide end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, application support, and integration projects.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.

- Conduct solution design workshops with business stakeholders and prepare functional deliverables.

- Perform hands-on SAP SD configuration across sales, delivery, transportation, shipment, and billing processes.

- Work on integration with related SAP modules such as LE, WM, FSM, VC, TM, and CS.

- Develop solution prototypes and validate proposed solutions against business requirements.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and other project deliverables.

- Conduct solution testing, including test planning, execution, defect identification, and resolution.

- Perform defect analysis and coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolution.

- Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and global delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP business processes.

- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and meet business, technical, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-9 years of experience in SAP implementation, application support, or integration projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration.

- Good understanding of:

1. Sales processes

2. Delivery processes

3. Transportation

4. Shipment

5. Billing

- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, training, and deployment support.

- Experience conducting solution design workshops and translating business requirements into functional solutions.

- Ability to perform defect analysis, testing, and issue resolution.

- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams across different project phases.

- Exposure to one or more related SAP modules, including LE, WM, FSM, VC, TM, or CS, is preferred.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
