Role Overview :

Experienced SAP SD HANA Consultant with strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end SAP SD processes, configuration, implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and implement SAP SD functionalities in SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including sales order creation, delivery processing, billing, and payment integration.

- Work on Sales Order Management, including standard orders, rush orders, cash sales, returns, and third-party sales processes.

- Configure and maintain pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, condition records, and pricing determination.

- Work on delivery processing, shipping, transportation, picking, packing, and goods issue processes.

- Handle billing processes, including invoice generation, credit memos, debit memos, cancellations, and billing document configuration.

- Configure item categories, schedule line categories, sales document types, copy controls, and partner determination.

- Work on customer and material master data, including Business Partner configuration in SAP S/4HANA.

- Understand and work on SAP SD integration with other modules such as SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM.

- Support tax determination, account determination, revenue recognition-related processes, and financial integration.

- Work on output management, including pricing-related outputs, billing outputs, and document determination.

- Have knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and their usage in SAP S/4HANA.

- Identify system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Prepare functional specifications for technical developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms.

- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.

- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.

- Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-go-live activities.

- Handle production support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
