Experience : 8-13 years (minimum 6+ years relevant in SAP SD)

Location : Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Application Management Support (AMS) and Pharma domain. The role involves working on SAP ECC & S/4 HANA systems, handling client requirements, resolving support tickets, and ensuring smooth order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage SAP SD support and AMS activities for pharma clients.

- Understand client requirements and prepare Functional Specification documents.

- Handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS, PS).

- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.

- Provide post-go-live support and daily status updates.

Desired Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD (pricing, master data, order-to-cash).

- Experience in AMS support and pharma industry projects.

- Exposure to cross-functional SAP modules.

- Good communication and analytical skills.

- SAP Certification preferred.
