Description :

- Provide expert-level support for SAP SD modules in S/4HANA.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in module SD with integration to MM, LE and FI/CO.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

- Support and enhance functionalities in :

a. Sales Order processing

b. Scheduling Agreement processing in automotive industry

c. EDI processing

d. Invoicing, Credit- & Debit notes including returns

e. Scheduling and ATP Check

f. Pricing procedures

g. Customer Condition Management (CCM)

h. Forms (Order Confirmations, Invoices)

i. ERP Reports & Queries

- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

- Instruct end-users and create support documentation.

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Deep knowledge in SD module of S/4HANA with focus on functions mentioned above from technical perspective (customizing) as well as User view (processes)

- Abap analysis & specifications

- Batch-Job processing

- Good understanding of Business Processes
