Role Overview :

As a Senior SAP SD Consultant, you will serve as a lead architect for complex Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and technical SAP configurations.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and technical development teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions.

Your work will directly influence the scalability and performance of our clients' sales and distribution lifecycles, ensuring seamless integration across the SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP SD modules to ensure alignment with client-specific business requirements and global industry standards.

- Orchestrate complex Order-to-Cash (O2C) process mapping, including pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and credit management, to enhance operational throughput.

- Drive the transition and migration strategies from legacy SAP ECC environments to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business operations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to define functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces, ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Conduct workshops with key business stakeholders to identify process gaps and provide expert recommendations for system optimization and best practice adoption.

- Manage the resolution of complex functional issues during the implementation and post-go-live phases to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying SAP SD solutions with a deep understanding of the integration points between SD, MM, FI, and PP modules.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale SAP implementations and rollouts, specifically managing the complexities of S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.

- Strong analytical mindset to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, scalable technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Extensive experience in managing the full project lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and solution design to final testing and deployment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore, demonstrating self-management and a proactive approach to team collaboration.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by 10 to 16 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting.
