Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in EDI, Scheduling Agreements, and automotive industry processes. The role will involve supporting and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution processes, with a strong focus on customer integration, EDI transactions, and automotive order management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SD processes across the automotive business.

- Manage and optimize Scheduling Agreement processes, including delivery schedules and customer requirements.

- Configure and support EDI integrations between SAP and customers, suppliers, and external systems.

- Work on EDI message types, IDocs, partner profiles, and related integration processes.

- Analyze and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, and EDI transactions.

- Support automotive-specific sales and logistics processes.

- Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.

- Participate in requirement gathering, process analysis, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues across SAP and external systems.

- Prepare functional specifications and documentation for enhancements and integrations.

- Support continuous improvement and optimization of SAP SD processes.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, Logistics, and Finance.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD.

- Proven experience with EDI and SAP IDoc processing.

- Strong experience with Scheduling Agreements and delivery schedules.

- Good understanding of SAP order-to-cash processes.

- Experience in sales orders, deliveries, shipping, and billing.

- Strong understanding of automotive industry business processes.

- Experience working with automotive customers and OEM-related processes is preferred.

- Good understanding of integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with automotive EDI standards and customer-specific requirements.

- Knowledge of common automotive EDI messages and IDoc processing.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

- Exposure to SAP MM, PP, and FI integration.

- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or production-support projects.
