Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD functional support, AMS and Pharma domain to join our team at Zensar Technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC), SD configuration, pricing, billing, master data and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide AMS / production support for SAP SD processes and resolve priority-based incidents within agreed SLAs.

- Analyze business requirements, identify gaps and propose effective SAP SD solutions.

- Configure and support SAP SD processes including sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing and master data.

- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

- Work closely with business users and client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.

- Support testing, defect resolution, enhancements and change requests.

- Provide post-go-live support and participate in implementation / rollout activities where required.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as FI, MM, LE, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS and PS.

- Manage tickets, incidents, priorities and SLA commitments.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing, competency building and process documentation.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 13 years of overall experience with 6+ years of relevant SAP SD experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD functional module.

- Mandatory experience in AMS / Production Support.

- Mandatory experience in Pharma / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain.

- Strong experience in SAP ECC and preferably S/4HANA.

- Good understanding of OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes.

- Strong knowledge of SD configuration and pricing procedures.

- Experience with sales orders, deliveries, billing and SD master data.

- Experience in incident management, SLA management and RCA.

- Experience in preparing Functional Specifications / FSDs.

- Good understanding of integration with FI, MM and other cross-functional modules.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred :

- SAP SD Certification.

- SAP S/4HANA experience.

- Implementation / rollout experience.

- Knowledge of ASAP / SAP Activate methodology.

- Experience handling client-facing support engagements.

Important : This role requires 5 days WFO from Navi Mumbai (Airoli), and candidates with Pharma + AMS/Production Support experience are preferred.
