Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Consultant to lead complex sales and distribution transformations for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as the primary functional architect, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and robust SAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP FICO, MM, and PP consultants, as well as senior business stakeholders, to design and deploy scalable systems.

By driving end-to-end implementation projects and optimizing existing landscapes, you will directly influence operational efficiency, streamline order-to-cash cycles, and ensure our clients achieve seamless digital transformation across their global supply chains. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, providing you the autonomy to deliver high-impact results in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from blueprinting and configuration to go-live and hyper-care support to ensure business continuity.

- Architect complex pricing procedures, credit management, and billing processes to align with unique client business models and regulatory requirements.

- Facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure the final solution meets strategic business objectives.

- Perform gap analysis between SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments to provide migration strategies that minimize downtime and maximize system performance.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on complex SD issues, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP SD modules, including Sales, Shipping, Billing, and Pricing, with a deep understanding of integration points with MM, FI, and PP.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP Implementation projects, showing an ability to navigate complex business environments and deliver within tight timelines.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical leadership and influence decision-making processes.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide innovative workarounds or custom solutions that enhance user experience.

- Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of self-motivation and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 6 to 14 years of professional experience in the SAP ecosystem.
