Role Overview :

As an SAP SAC Planning Consultant, you will serve as a bridge between complex financial requirements and robust technical architecture. You will work closely with client stakeholders, including finance leadership and IT teams, to design and implement sophisticated planning models that replace fragmented processes with unified, real-time insights.

Your day-to-day will involve translating business needs into scalable SAP SAC solutions, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from source systems to the planning interface to provide a single source of truth for organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and configure end-to-end planning solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud to support complex FP&A processes for diverse client organizations.

- Develop advanced data models and calculation logic to automate budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation workflows.

- Integrate SAP SAC with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA environments to ensure high-performance data connectivity and real-time reporting.

- Migrate legacy planning applications from SAP BPC to SAP SAC, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and data integrity.

- Design intuitive dashboards and stories that empower executive leadership to visualize financial trends and operational KPIs effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize data performance within the SAP Datasphere ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying SAP SAC Planning models, including complex scripting, allocations, and predictive forecasting features.

- Strong functional knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes, allowing for the translation of accounting principles into technical system requirements.

- Proven ability to manage data modeling and integration tasks across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere platforms.

- Hands-on experience in transitioning clients from SAP BPC to modern cloud-based planning environments.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead client workshops effectively.

- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP consulting, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field, complemented by a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous learning in the evolving SAP landscape.
