Job Summary :

We are looking for a Finance-focused SAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) integration. The resource will work on finance-related integration processes, ensuring accurate and seamless flow of payroll and financial data between SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors EC Payroll.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work on SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors EC Payroll integration requirements.

- Understand finance and payroll-related business processes and integration touchpoints.

- Support integration of payroll postings, employee-related financial data and accounting information between EC Payroll and SAP S/4HANA.

- Work on payroll posting to Finance, including GL account mapping, cost centres and reconciliation.

- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll and technical integration teams.

- Support integration testing, defect resolution, validation and reconciliation activities.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.

- Participate in implementation, enhancement and support activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- 4-9 years of relevant SAP experience.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors EC Payroll integration.

- Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes and payroll accounting.

- Knowledge of payroll posting, GL accounting, cost centre allocation and financial reconciliation.

- Understanding of integration touchpoints between SAP Finance and SuccessFactors EC Payroll.

- Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP FI/CO and payroll posting processes.

- Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integration scenarios.

- Exposure to SAP integration technologies such as CPI/Integration Suite, APIs or IDocs.

- Experience in implementation, rollout or production support projects.
