Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect (FI/CO & Integrations)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to lead the design, build, and deployment of our enterprise global template. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), combined with a strong cross-functional understanding of MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution). Crucially, this role requires hands-on architectural oversight in connecting core SAP ERP with cloud ecosystems, specifically SAP Ariba (Procurement) and SAP SuccessFactors (SF) (HR/Payroll). You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring a scalable, robust, and future-proof digital core.

Solution Architecture & Design:

- Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of SAP S/4HANA finance solutions globally, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.

- Define end-to-end process flows across Finance, Supply Chain, and Cloud networks.

- Author high-quality Functional Specifications, Architecture Design Documents (ADD), and integration blueprints.

Core Functional Oversight:

- FI/CO: Architect complex solutions for General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis).

- Cross-Module (MM/SD): Govern touchpoints such as FI-MM (Automatic Account Determination, O2C/P2P accounting impacts) and FI-SD (Revenue Recognition, Billing integration).

Ecosystem Integration:

- Architect seamless integrations between S/4HANA and SAP Ariba for upstream/downstream procurement processes (e.g., Ariba Network, Strategic Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing).

- Architect integrations between S/4HANA Finance and SAP SuccessFactors for cost center replications, employee master data, and payroll journal postings.

- Leverage modern integration technologies, prioritizing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Integration (CPI), and standard API frameworks.

Leadership & Governance:

- Act as the trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, driving the technical roadmap and managing system integrator (SI) deliverables.

- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and financial control frameworks (like SOX or IFRS) are built into the design.

- Mentor senior consultants and technical leads throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's/CA/CPA preferred).

Skills:

- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance innovations (Universal Journal, Central Finance options, Real-time reporting).

- Solid operational grasp of SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management) and SAP SD (Sales Order Processing, Logistics Execution).

- Proven track record implementing SAP Ariba standard integration toolkits (CIG/Managed Gateway).

- Proven track record of SuccessFactors integration (Employee Central to S/4HANA Finance).

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical business leaders.

- Strong problem-solving, matrix-management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- SAP Certified Application Associate/Professional - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates.

- SAP Certified Product Support Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Cloud integration.

- TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
