We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Service Management processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in service orders, contracts, solution quotations, pricing, and cross-functional integration with Finance and Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions.

- Configure Service Orders, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Billing processes.

- Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex service offerings.

- Configure pricing procedures, dependency logic, and service bundles.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Perform fit-to-standard workshops and recommend SAP best practices.

- Configure validations, approval workflows, and business rules.

- Ensure seamless integration with Finance, Revenue Management, Sales, and Logistics.

- Prepare functional specifications, testing documents, and user training materials.

- Support deployment, hypercare, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 9+ years of SAP SD/Service Management experience.

- Strong experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Service Management.

- Expertise in Solution Quotations, Contracts, Billing, and Subscription Management.

- Experience integrating with Finance and Revenue Accounting.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
