Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA ISU-FICA Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP ISU-FICA configuration, design, implementation, and support activities. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation projects within the Utilities industry. The role requires experience in SAP S/4HANA ISU-FICA and a good understanding of utility business processes, including Customer Experience, Device Management, Work Management, and Billing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA ISU-FICA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP ISU-FICA solutions.

- Configure and maintain SAP ISU-FICA functionalities based on business needs.

- Support end-to-end implementation projects from project preparation through go-live and post-production support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.

- Design and configure FICA business processes and integration points.

- Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.

- Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless integration across modules.

- Provide functional specifications and support technical development activities.

- Participate in workshops, solution design discussions, and client meetings.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues related to SAP ISU-FICA.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance standards.

2. SAP IS-U Process Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of Customer Experience Processes, Device Management, Work Management, Billing & Invoicing, Meter Reading Processes, Move-In / Move-Out Processes, Customer Master Data Management, Utility Industry Business Processes.

3. Project Experience :

- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP ISU-FICA implementation projects.

- Experience in project preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

- Experience working in Energy & Utilities industry projects.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is preferred.

Business & Functional Responsibilities :

- Understand and analyze client business requirements.

- Design SAP ISU-FICA solutions that align with business objectives.

- Prepare functional design documents and configuration documents.

- Support business process improvements and transformation initiatives.

- Conduct requirement workshops and solution demonstrations.

- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.

- Assist in change management and user training initiatives.

Integration Knowledge :

- Exposure to integration with SAP IS-U Billing, SAP CRM for Utilities, SAP Device Management, SAP Work Management, SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Modules, Third-Party Utility Systems.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of SAP ISU-FICA consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on configuration and design experience in SAP ISU-FICA.

- Experience in Energy & Utilities domain projects.

- Understanding of utility industry business processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- SAP FICA Certification.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformation projects.

- Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.

- Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
