Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (2023 SPS04 Release) to support complex global consolidation and reporting requirements. The role involves implementing and maintaining group reporting solutions, handling multiple reporting currency structures, and supporting multinational financial consolidation processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting :

- Minimum 7+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

- Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting (2023 SPS04 Release).

- Ability to design and implement complex business scenarios involving multiple reporting currencies (MRC) and organizational structures.

- Strong expertise in Matrix Consolidations.

- Experience in maintaining and administering all facets of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

Consolidation & Financial Processes :

- Experience in Group Consolidation for global multinational enterprises, preferably with MRC setup and operations across 80+ countries.

- Strong understanding of corporate financial close processes, including :

- Month-end close

- Quarter-end close

- Year-end consolidation

- Hands-on experience with IFRS reporting integrated with S/4HANA IFRS Ledger.

Integration & Technical Capabilities :

- Expertise in architecting Trial Balance integrations using flat file integrations with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

- Experience integrating SAP ECC and non-ECC systems with S/4HANA Group Reporting.

- Ability to design and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) for complex business scenarios.

- Strong experience in preparing Functional and Technical Documentation.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex business issues.

- Experience working with multi-cultural global teams.

- Ability to support business users, conduct training sessions, and gather system requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills :

Finance domain knowledge, including :

- Chart of Accounts (COA)

- Balance Sheet

- Income Statement

- Cash Flow Statements

- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

- Experience in developing CDS Views for reporting requirements.

- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities for complex business scenarios where standard SAP solutions may not exist.
