SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA to meet business requirements across scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, and transition to AM

- Provide SAP S/4HANA Production Planning functional knowledge to development and integration teams

- Configure and support SAP PP manufacturing processes, including MRP, MRP Live, DD MRP, and PPDS functionalities

- Work on PPDS/CTO-ETO scenarios, PPDS optimizer, and advanced production planning solutions

- Support Fiori-based manufacturing applications and user experience enhancements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and quality management processes

- Manage master data, CVI, business partner approach, BP roles, and related delta/table changes within S/4HANA environments

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution activities

- Support advanced ATP, BOP, and supply chain planning functionalities across manufacturing operations

- Ensure smooth transition to application maintenance (AM) and provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

Experience Required :

- 5 - 10 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP PP and S/4HANA Manufacturing

- Experience working on at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects

- Strong functional knowledge of Production Planning, PPDS, MRP, inventory management, and manufacturing processes

- Hands-on experience with Fiori, advanced ATP, BOP, delta changes, CVI, and business partner approaches

- Good understanding of SAP integration across procurement, logistics, sourcing, and supply chain functions

- Exposure to SAP QM integration and manufacturing quality processes is preferred

- Experience in scoping, functional design, localization, testing, GoLive, and transition to AM activities

- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with development, integration, and business teams in enterprise SAP programs
